Kong, SL Realty Management Services (HK) Limited, had upon its own application been
deregistered and accordingly dissolved as at 17 June 2011 pursuant to Section 291AA(9) of
the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2011. |
