The Waterfront is strategically located on top of the Kowloon station of both the MTR’s Hong Kong Airport Express and Tung Chung lines. The prime residential development has six tower blocks consisting of 1,288 apartments and 1,332 car parking spaces.

SingLand holds a 7.5% stake in the development.
